MEET WITH THE BUILDER, STEVE HATCH Call us to arrange a meeting between you and Steve to discuss your site-specific-designed home. Steve will show you examples of our work, review building sites with you that match your custom home vision and discuss preliminary budgets and architects we have previously worked with. Step 2 SELECT A LOT AND ARCHITECT When you are ready to move forward, Venterra will help you select a lot and architect, if you don’t already have them. Every lot has unique characteristics and any of the skilled design professionals we work with can capture your custom home vision, whether it includes panoramic views; early morning sun in the breakfast room; a huge garage for boats and toys; a private courtyard; an infinity edge pool; a sumptuous master bath; a gourmet kitchen; a “man cave”; a guest house; or all of the above and more. Of course we will work with any design team that you select. Step 3 DESIGN DEVELOPMENT, BIDDING AND PERMITS Venterra will provide you and your architect with valuable design review, budgeting and permit processing services. We have been listening to you and understand your vision, budget and schedule. Allow us to add 35 years of experience, value engineering, estimating, construction detailing and common sense to the design process and see what can happen. Step 4 CONSTRUCTION, LANDSCAPING AND MOVE-IN Steve personally oversees the construction of each Venterra home. Venterra hires only the best subcontractors and closely supervises all materials and workmanship to insure that the highest industry standards are achieved. Venterra will coordinate disbursements from your construction lender, implement the decisions of your design team and execute all of the smallest details, making the construction of your site-specific-designed home hassle free. |
